In earlier years, she volunteered her time as a religious education teacher at Christ the King Parish here in Mashpee. Most recently she was known as the Team Mom for the Mashpee Baseball and Football Teams, always there to cheer on not only her children but the entire team. Mara will be most remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, caring daughter, thoughtful friend, and an irreplaceable member of the community. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
