George Street, Princes Street, West End, Stockbridge, Bruntsfield and Morningside, Grassmarket and Victoria Street, and Multrees Walk are some of the best shopping areas in Edinburgh. Shopping for high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc can also be done from markets like George Street. For jewelry shopping, indie fashion, and flower shops, you must head to The West End. Shopping is a must in any of the Scotland trip plan from India. Stroll through the local markets in the evening as during the evening time, markets in Scotland come to life.
Then head back to Pienza for sunset, to sip a Brunello on the beautiful walled “terrace” of the village. And don’t neglect the opportunity to drive through the gorgeous Monte Amiata. It was actually built as a headquarter for the Glasgow Herald newspaper and is now a modern art gallery with plenty of Scottish talent on display. Finnieston– the Argyle Road section of this area is packed with shops and bars. The West End – a gentrified area full of fashionable brunch spots and boutique shops.
